Lovely friendly gym, have never felt more at ease in a gym.
Staff helpful and friendly, without being pushy, a very relaxed not hectic place to work out.

This place is great value and not too busy. One big criticism though: the dumbbells urgently need replacing. They are falling apart, and the weight marking has rubbed off a lot of them- meaning you can't see how much they weigh and so they're basically useless. Dumbbells are pretty cheap so there's no excuse for this major flaw.

Great gym with a very nice dual sports hall. Court is at a high standard and so are the amenities. The staff are helpful and nice.

Quirky but useful local gym. I visit this place on an irregular schedule, as it's not on my primary workout schedule, so I very much appreciate that they sell passes through Pay as U Gym. They're very inexpensive, too, although the front desk often pressures me to buy a membership, no matter how many times I make it clear that I'm rarely there more than once a month.
The range of cardio equipment, machines, and weights is pretty extensive, and mostly in good shape, although some stuff is a little worn. They only have a single rowing machine for example, and it's at least half busted. But the crowd isn't usually too dense or obnoxious, and they've got everything I need, so I'll probably keep coming back.
