Have been doing their conditioning class on Wed afternoon for a few months now - it's tough, different excercises every time, and I love it. Also tried bag work classes on Tuesday and Thursday lunchtime, led by Shane or Adam - great fun and amazing work out. Highly recommend, everybody there is super friendly and nice.

I've only checked out the shop, it's really small with a few different types of gloves. The staff are friendly and helpful.
