I have been training with Urban Escrima Self Defence for 2 years now and absolutely love it. I first started by attending a taster session which is for those who have never been before. Having never done any self defence or martial arts i was not sure what to expect. However, the Instructor team and other students are great, it is a very friendly atmosphere and welcoming. The training is always fun as every class is different. I am 3rd grade now and we train a lot of unarmed self defence as well as learning weapon defence. The things i have learned so far are invaluable to me. I highly recommend training with Urban Escrima Self Defence and trying them out for yourself; I am sure you will get just as much enjoyment as i have.
