I don't know what the people who gave low rates were expecting... It's a house on 4 floors and a basement. It tells you the story of the victims, it gives you an idea of how they lived, how the police office looked like, how Jack could have lived and how the crime scene would have looked like.
It tells you the story and shows you some artifacts, among which some letters. They cannot give you answers as Jack is still a mystery. It's creepy but well done.
Honestly what were you expecting? A renhancement of the scenes, corpses included?

The museum was very interesting but it was sad to see and learn about the living conditions of that time. The staff and the shop were nice

Not a bad little place, worth a visit if you've done all the "obvious" London stuff...

It's a great little museum. I say little, it's on five levels. There's also a lift. I liked the atmosphere and the eerie feeling. The staff were very welcoming and good prices at the gift shop.

Was an awesome experience. Was able to see first hand things that happened during the Back The Ripper investigation. Plus got a chance to dress up as Jack The Ripper
