A beautiful palace on the banks of the Thames. Historically the home of the Bishops of London, Fulham Palace is a lovely place to spend time. There are lots of events that take place for children and families. Explore the walled garden and have a coffee on the terrace overlooking the lawns. Best of all it's free to enter. It's also next to Bishop's Park which has a great playground for children.

A hidden gem in Fulham. Away from the bustle of Fulham Palace Road and the Putney river side, this place is an oasis. The Cafe is a great place to relax or get some work done in an informal atmosphere. The grounds and walled garden are a nice place to walk around.

Very nice place to walk but can get busy as the day wears on. It has a reasonable tearoom and an outside space for picnics.

This is easy to get to from Putney Bridge Under Ground Station and a short walk passed a second hand book shop you reach Fulham Palace , which is FREE to enter. It has a large green house were you can buy fruit & veg grown in the garden's. You will need to allow about three hours for walking around and stop off at the cafe. LEN.
