This is my favourite pharmacy in London. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I feel like the staff really care about me and my well-being and go above and beyond. 5 stars all the way!

Absolutely fantastic. Went beyond and above the call of duty when I was in some real trouble. Great customer service; you're in good hands.

Don't go there - BEWARE
I am a foreigner so not so familiar with the money. I was ripped off!
I gave a 20 pound note but was given change for a 10 pound note.
Unfortunately I was in a hurry. Now I see already 2 lousy reviews.

My wife and our 8 months old baby having fever, bronchitis and double ear infection were waiting for 10 min in this pharmacy and the cashier took my prescription and did not serve me. She did not inform me that the pharmacy was the other desk. She gave them my wife's prescription but they did not proceed it without informing my wife. They took care of another order. My wife was waiting. She realized what was happening. My wife had to ask what was going on. The answer was : if you are not happy, just go to an other pharmacy. I have never seen such an inappropriate behavior in my life and such a poor service. Such persons should do an other business, a pharmacist must help and serve patients and not customers. I strongly advise people not to go there.
