Dr. Powar's treatment helped me heal a very bad back injury. I had a pinched nerve and couldn't move my head and was in excruciating pain. She took me in as an emergency appointment over the weekend (same day that I called after desperately trying to find anyone open on the weekend) and treated me for several weeks thereafter. I am feeling much better now. She also gave me tips on what to do in day to day life to prevent it from happening again. Thanks Dr. Powar!

PART 1
This is gonna be a long review, but it's really worth reading if you suffer from back problem/functional scoliosis/ bad immune system/anxiety etc.
I've been suffering from a bad back since an early age. My school nurse saw that something wasn't right at the age of 11. She thought I had different lengths on my legs, so she sent me to another school doctor. He said that my legs were the same length but that my back was a little bit "crooked" but it was nothing to worry about. Through my teenage years I grew very fast and it made my back worse. But the school nurse kept saying it was still okay that I should not worry. So I didn't. I could see that my posture wasn't straight. My right lower back muscle was so much bigger, and pointing out a couple centimeters compering to my left side. I could also feel how my spine was curving more like into a mild S shape in the middle section and lower part of my back. I thought that I had to live with it for the rest of my life. It didn't look that dramatic and bad to other people, but if I told them, they could see I wasn't straight and some of them were shocked when they felt my crooked spine with their hand etc.
When I reached my early 20s I started to really suffer. My neck was tensed all the time, I didn't get enough quality sleep, I got into a depression and suffered from a lot of anxiety. I constantly craved massage to temporarily relax my muscles. Otherwise I would cry myself to sleep very often because of the pain. I also got really sick every other month because of my bad immune system.
I had a hard time standing up for a longer period, it made my back hurt. Since my neck was tensed all the time I also suffered from heavy headaches and ringing in my ears. My Jaw also locked from time to time because of the tension in my muscles. I honestly thought I had to live with that for the rest of my life.
Then I saw the term "scoliosis" and I saw someone else with a similar spine, and she said it got better when she started to work out. So I tried to work out, and I was unexperienced when it came to different muscle workouts, so I probably just made my back worse, and even more tensed because of how my back was shaped from the beginning. I had never heard the term scoliosis before, and now I could diagnose my self with at least something. A few years went by, and I moved to London. (I'm originally from Sweden) I decided to get my first professional massage. She told me my back was really tensed and bad, but that my spine was actually treatable, and that I have to see someone about it. I didn't really believe it at first. It sounded to good to be true. I kept having a few more regular massages, and every single masseuse told me my back was so tensed and bad. So I brought this up to my boyfriend and told him about my problem and scoliosis, and he knew for sure that I was in constant pain. He found Narinder. My life saver! I started an intense treatment there in the middle of september last year. I had to treat all 3 areas of my back. She told me that so many nerves of mine were squeezed, no wonder I was in constant pain. After just a few treatments my pain was almost gone, and I could both feel and see a huge different on my body. My boyfriend also reacted and we both were blown away to be honest. It felt like a miracle for me, it still does! Ofc I had to keep going there regularly because my spine/muscles tried to push back since it's been that way for almost 10-15 years. So the first step was to try to make my spine to get used to my "new back" with more relaxed muscles.
I was lucky that I had functional scoliosis. That means that when I'm laying down my spine becomes relatively straight. Narinder learned me this.

PART 2 (read PART 1 first)
I can't even tell you how much better my life is now in so many ways! My spine is almost straight, and I sleep much better. I suffered from really really bad anxiety and panic attacks, they are almost completely gone now. My pain is 99% gone most of the time. I can't believe I could bare with that terrible back pain for so many years. I had completely forgotten how it felt to be pain free! My immune system is so much better. I feel that I even breath and sing better because my spine made my lungs a bit squeezed. The list is so long. My jaw hasn't locked even once since I met Narinder. My posture is amazing compared to how it was before ( now my whole fam, friends and boyfriend is complimenting me for it) and my back is even, and I feel so much more confident having the straight and even back I always dreamed of. Narinder has helped me in so many ways. I can't believe that so many problems were coming from squeezed nerves and bad blood flow that was caused by a "crooked" spine. It's amazing how our body works. My theory why my spine got crooked in the first place is that I always, always carried stuff/heavy stuff on my right side since a very early age. That made my right muscles in my back much stronger than the opposite side, and the left side started pushing my spine, which caused squeezed nerves etc etc.
Sorry for a long and rambling review. My English isn't perfect, but I really hope this helps someone with similar problems. I recommend Narinder to everyone!

After suffering from immobilising neck pain for some months, consulting an osteopath and receiving many sessions of deep tissue massage I turned to Fulham Wellness Chiropractic Clinic. Result - great success. After a careful evaluation, 4 treatment sessions and a very sensible series of exercises I am well on the road to a full recovery. I can highly recommend Dr Narinder for her professional and caring approach.
