This is a very traditional London hotel - opulent without being flashy. Plenty of staff on hand who are friendly and helpful. I was there for a formal lunch which was very nice. They have a back door straight onto Victoria station concourse.

I like this hotel because it smells old England. It is beautiful, very English, yet with a good standard. One downside is that some rooms are tiny and/or located over the street or the railway station, thus noisy.

The location is great, being right next to Victoria station means you are able to get anywhere quickly with the London underground. It is roughly a 15-20 minute walk to Westminster abbey and the hoses of parliament. The room was clean and well presented, just as the the entire building is. The downstairs dinning area and long is amazing and I loved the breakfast buffet. All members of staff that I spoke to were very nice and made sure I was happy with my stay, I even got several "hello"s and "good morning"s from staff passing by, it is a lovely atmosphere and I really do recommend it.

Not actually stayed in the hotel so only commenting on bar. Nice decor, busy congenial atmosphere, comfy seats and very relaxing place to while away a good night with friends. Can recommend the Dim Sum after a few glasses of red. Friendly waiters!

We had a wonderful stay at The Grosvenor Hotel. We stayed in an Executive Double and the room was excellent and the Executive lounge was a real treat - it really made our stay special. The room was extremely comfortable, well equipped and everything was of a really high standard. Housekeeping was excellent and we really appreciated the little treats we found when we got back in the evening. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a quality place to stay in central London.
