Very comfortable, clean hotel. Staff seemed friendly. Only stayed one night as was on a work trip. Would say that my room was looking well worn and in need of a revamp. Also the service in the bar was a little slow but overall not a bad hotel at all.

I was upgraded to an executive room which was amazing. The food at breakfast was nice but I had to leave early so didn't eat a lot. Nice bar

This was the perfect location for seeing London. Around the corner from the tube so perfect for all directions. Comfortable family room. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The kind of hotel you don't want to take your shoes off in the room because of the filthy carpet. A strong smell of cheep cleaning products. Worried there might be bedbugs. No slippers or bath robe, small awful smelling shampoo and soup, and nothing else; towels thin and crispy. Minibar compleatly empty. Dingy at best. Although the hotel staff are friendly, it's the kind of place not worth more than £90 a night but they charge twice that.
As an update to this review; please note the staff at this hotel are very helpful and doing their best with the given condition of the place.

Very central location. A short walk to Piccadilly Circus. Only about a hundred meters to Big Bus and City Tour stop. The hotel is small but the staff are very friendly. Nightingales offers greats meals and a cozy bar. Overall a great value for Mayfair.
