Rooms and service are pretty much perfect from what I have experienced. The breakfast is also good. Just one flaw: A door for the shower would be a welcome addition.

Expensive hotel for a really small room on the 1st floor, noisy (was in front of the lift and room had a cheap window which does not protect from the street's noises).
The outdated curtain did not let me obtaining acceptable darkness overnight.
In-room breakfast was missing 2 dishes...

I really loved the breakfast in this hotel. It made my day because there were also healthy choices (more veggies and fruits). Really appreciated that. Rooms were excellent and staff was really polite. In all very,very good customer experience.

This hotel is fabulous, staff is attentive, always trying to make your stay pleasant. The location is perfect for area attractions and the theater. The beds are amazing never wanted to get out of them.
