Convienatly located just off of Shaftesbury Avenue which makes it easy to get to. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The room I had was adequate for my stay although not very big however I didn't consider it a problem. Traffic noise can be heard but again wasn't a major issue.
The food in the restaurant was fantastic, service was great and you couldn't fault it.

Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel of a very good standard and virtual concierge very cool. Only minus was TV system which was not at all intuitive and kept swapping to BBC1 at high volume!

Had a one night stay on a Saturday and I was welcomed by reception.
The hotel has an system where they send you messages so if you have any questions you can text this 'Edward' which is a nice feature.
Overall I had a really nice and pleasant stay.

Room is very small. I was so disappointed went open the door. A bed, two bedside table, a writing desk, they all close to each other in the room with only standing room left. Bathroom is tiny too.
I'm not sure if it's typical small room in center of London or Radisson Blu style. It's the smallest 4 star hotel room I ever stayed. But the location is perfect. British Museum is 30m away!
