I had the good fortune to find this little gem of an hotel just off the hubbub of Regent Street this weekend. From my arrival I found the staff extremely helpful, the accommodation clean and tidy and the crowning glory of breakfast on the 15th floor with fantastic panoramic views of the city.
After reporting a minor problem in my room it was swiftly corrected upon my return a few hours later. The concierge also stored my cases whilst I visited Winter Wonderland prior to returning to collect it and travelling home. Will definitely stay again and would only deduct half a star due to missing out on reporting on evening food and bar ambience as I was booked to dine elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Nice bathroom design however the doors looks old and outdated. Matress are old has brown old stains underneath the covers, pillow has old sweat stains underneath cover. Walls are thin, the sound of the some laundry chute going up and down can be heard next to the room and it was very loud hearing it go up and down at night. 4 star hotel this is more like a 2-3 star hotel.

Excellent location. The hotel shows its age and need a serious refurbishment. Room and bathroom was clean. For the location and price is very good for London. Will definitely book back again.

Paid for upgrade did not get it. 3 rooms before we were happy on arrival. On the plus side the hotel location is great being next to the BBC and round the corner from Oxford Circus tube station
