Food is excellent. Service hit or miss. But worth it for the food.

Ordered some prawn toast, got 8 slices, ate a couple slices but soon realised that it was absolutely disgusting, extremely oily like soooooooo oily if I finished it I would have threw up, the toast was oil and prawn mush. I was first told by a male manager I wouldn't have to pay, but then a lady came along and told me I must pay for eating some and continued to argue with me because I refused to pay full price for something I hadn't finished. Finally settled on paying half. Terrible customer service and terrible food. Restaurant itself is like a smoke dungeon as the kitchen is downstairs and the smoke from cooking comes straight up .

the food is good but when i call the person doesn't understand my order for example i called yesterday and i said special fried rice more than 4 times and i got frustrated so i had to order something else

It was not exactly the experience that I was hoping for. Food was good but the service was kind of disappointing. Our order was slowed and the staff were somehow bored from their job.

Very nice place, that offers delicious food at reasonable prices. Every single dish is very tasty and prepared with a lot of care. I really love their chicken teriyaki. Haven't eaten a better one anywhere else yet. Additionally all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Even if you haven't eaten japanese cuisine before they will gladly help you out with the menu.
