Hotel staff where very pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is a bit tired looking and could do with an update. The double glazing didn't keep out the traffic noise and as we were on the lower ground level we could hear people walking outside our window.

Very clean with exceptionally friendly staff. Restaurant and bar for easy dining. No tourist attractions nearby, but only a minute walk from the underground which can get you anywhere in London.

lovely place, only problem was some idiot in the bar, elderly fella with glasses and walking stick harassing women who were trying to keep themselves to themselves. seems like everywhere you go there's a dirty old man. This does not reflect the hotel as it was perfect. Would stay again.
