Outstanding as always! Clean rooms, clean public areas, outstanding housekeeping staff, better than average breakfast! The ONLY place I stay when on holiday in London. Just 1 block from Gloucester Rd tube station, so everything in central London is accessible within 15 minutes! The executive rooms and suites are worth the upgrade, along with the breakfast!

I visit here often. The location is really good. May be they should revamp the gym. Food joints and the tavern in the hotel are good places when you don’t intend to travel outside in the cold.

Bad. Just bad.
My door could be opened from the outside. Like seriously? And i waited 1+ hour for repairman to arrive when i could already be sleeping in comfort.
Isn't the safety and security of guests be a top priority? Nothing was done except me waiting and waiting (despite their "the staff will be with you shortly". "Shortly" turned out to be 1+hour.) after a red eye 15 hours flight. Security well-being of their guests = Zero.
Staff were not pleasant. I had a package to be delivered, staff told me to email/call/whatever to inform, i did all of that albeit time consuming, and they actually rejected my parcel when it arrived... WHAT IS HAPPENING.
This happened 2 times. I feel like i have been fooled or pranked by this hotel. It is okay if you just told me right up no parcel delivery. I would have found an alternative. You made me go one big round with so much trouble and then rejected it WHEN I'M ACTUALLY staying at the hotel. Without informing at all. A total waste of my time and delivery man's.
Not once, but TWICE. It seems like they do not communicate with each other and work with a vengence.
This hotel needs to learn how to respect their guests and just, people.
The only good thing about this hotel is their location.

Lobby is much more impressive than the rooms, but regardless is relatively affordable, clean and convenient. About 15 minutes' walk from the Albert Hall and museums. Breakfast good.

Great hotel located in a great London location. Very convenient for the tube station and many London attractions. The rooms are nice, has central air conditioning and restaurants. Also restaurants and a grocery store close by. The beds are a bit hard like most UK and European hotels. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
