so far so good. pleasant room and staff contact though minimal has been good. would say that the iron in the room was terrible and leaked all over my clothes but I will report this. location is perfect very near the tube and opposite a lovely looking church. lots of restaurants around and a waitrose.

The room was pretty small but very clean. The staff was friendly. It is in a great location very close to tons of shops and restaurants. I would stay there again.

Delightful high class hotel at a very reasonable price. Welcoming entrance with attentive, polite reception staff. Room spacious and clean. Very up to date and a fantastic shower room. Tea & coffee, hair dryer, good size safe & mini bar, (so at least I could use the fridge). Bed was very comfortable. Short walk from train station, various Museums & Royal Albert Hall. Open Top tour bus stops outside also so that was a bonus. Plenty of places to eat nearby too. Can't recommend enough. Will definitely stay again.

Overall we had a good experience at the Rydges Kensington. The location was fantastic with easy access to the train station and restaurants and shopping. The front desk were quite helpful. Zoe at the front desk went out of her way to help us and we appreciated that. Brie was very cheerful and answered our queries. The place for much improvement is the breakfast buffet. We were surprised at the sparse food options and due to the limited waitstaff ( 1 waiter) for the busy breakfast time, food items took forever to be replenished and sometimes never did which was very annoying given that we had paid extra to have breakfast included in our package.The rooms were small but comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries.

Beautiful hotel to stay when visiting London. It is within walking distance to the metro station. It is less than 15 minutes to Westminster Station by train. Surrounded by many restaurant serving different kinds of food. Rooms are small but clean and honestly if you are visiting London you don't want to spend a lot of time in your room. I would stay at this hotel if I ever visit London again.
