A very friendly and effective team, a nice neighbourhood. But between awful breakfasts and crampy room especially considering the price... I wouldn't advise it.

Disappointed. Tiny SUPERIOR ROOM at the top of the house.. very clean. television did not work .was told it was because it was old?? .bar food awful.breakfast very good staff 50/50 friendly.. thank goodness only 2 nights....

Five stars all the way! Fantastic room, great location and awesome staff. The morning breakfast was stupendous as were staff also. We spent a week in London back in September 2017 and loved the hotel. I laugh at the fool who complained that there was no air conditioning! Seriously, I never even noticed it wasn't there! And besides, you don't need air conditioning in London. London air conditioning is called getting your @$$ up and open the window.
When we go back to London this will be our place to stay at again!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on here and they had the cheapest rates around...
It is okay. Rooms are good. Nice bar/lounge area. Staff are not that great. They could definitely be more friendly. Other than that there is not much more to say about the hotel
