Very nice hotel located close to the Earls Court tube station. My single room was on the small side but very comfy. Nice staff and classy common areas. Good WiFi.

What started as a good experience ended up being a nightmare! We were burgled in our lower ground floor bedroom whilst sleeping - a very frightening experience for 2 females! Staff very sympathetic - other than night manager who was obviously not doing his job as the whole incident was recorded on the hotels CCTV - but management reneged on the deal having agreed to cover cost of loss on their own insurance and ended up only offering a third of the total loss! Hotel security very poor as confirmed by the police!

Fantastic hotel and service! Had a beautiful mezzanine room which actually felt like a very nice studio apartment. The hotel has a lovely garden to the rear where you can sit with drinks and have dinner. For the price I think this hotel is perfect and in a great location for Kensington and Chelsea with a short walk to pick up the District / Circle Lines.

Clean and efficient hotel. The restaurant serves great dinner options. I had spaghetti pasta, it uses fresh ingredients.
