*November 2017:*
Again, we had a great stay at this hotel with nothing to complain. Very friendly and attentive staff, clean room, comfy bed. Wonderful!
*December 2014:*
For London, the room was really ... roomy. Everything was fine. If you need travel adapters, buy them in the Pound-stores (for a Pound!) in the shopping centre which is door to door to the hotel. From the nearby Shepherd's Bush station, you can get everywhere in London in no time. We loved it and will stay here again on our next visit.

From check in to the end of our stay the staff couldnt have done more for us. The room was clean, a little dated, but for the price we paid was as expected. The breakfast buffet was nice and varied and plentiful. The entertainment on the evening was unexpected but welcome. And the bar didn't rob us blind!!! We will be back!

This was my second stay in Ibis Shepherd Bush. To have selected the same hotel to stay when visiting London says a lot about the services and quality of stay. I had a wonderful experience of staying in this property. Prices are reasonable. The checks-ins and check-outs are easy and convenient, rooms are clean and have all the basic amenities (soap, shampoo, towels and hair dryer). The beds are super comfortable. However the best part of staying in Ibis, Shepherd Bush is their young enthusiastic multicultural staff.
On both our trips we met with friendly youngsters (they were different each time though) at the reception desk who took care of our needs and it was heartening to interact with them.
Would recommend this property to anyone who visits London.

As always, I love the rooms - the bed is wonderfully comfortable and the shower cubicle fantastic. All spotlessly clean too. Breakfasts consist of a fabulous selection.
However the contrast in the evening is staggering. A terrible menu (no sides of veg or salad of any sort at all. Unless you choose Caesar Salad or Thai curry main you have no access to any veg/salad with what are supposed to be balanced meals). Add to that - starters include 'tuna sandwich' (?!) and mains include 'soup with roll and butter' (?!). My Thai curry was microwaved and my dessert - cheesecake was like a solid lead weight.
I booked half board this time. I was given a card stating I could order two courses and one drink. When I was billed, I was told to pay for an extra dinner because my meal had cost £31 and the limit (unexplained anywhere) for HB the very young receptionist told me is £25. Not my problem, as I had to end up seeing the manager over (who also went through the motions of trying to get me to pay for another meal until I finally got the madness of it through to her).
I will stay again but only because my company uses it and will never have dinner there again!

On arrival the booking in process was very simple and efficient. The handler was very friendly and made it all a very swift process which suited us down to the ground. The way the hotel operates was superb and when we got to the room we were suitably impressed as this was a first stay at an Ibis 'hotel' as opposed to other variants.
The morning after our stay was probably the more negative part of the experience. We hit the breakfast area probably at peak time where seat availability was limited and some of the food choices were empty. You were also out of cutlery and we had to wait a while for 6 new pairs of knives and forks to appear. 15 minutes or so later and it was a completely different story.
The breakfast food itself was truly excellent and of top quality. When we left nearly all food options were available we noticed.
Check-out was simple and we'd like to think we'd come back.
