Had the 6-day pass and it was definitely worth it. I was prepared and knew London a bit. Still occasionally had to run in order to get all done. However the possibility to see so many attractions and to find some hidden gems was a great experience indeed. Bought already the pass for my next trip. Planning is part of the fun!

Had a 10-day pass. Certainly saved time when gaining entry at numerous attractions, not just those with fast-track. Certainly convenient as did not have to get out money from ATM or topup travel card. However, not certain that it saved us money overall. Feel that you would need to visit two places each day to make it clearly a better alternative financially. Would recommend still.

Not worth it unless your spending alot of extra time in London and are willing to rush through everything to make it worth it. If you don't start at 8 am it just is impossible to do enough before things close. Better to just buy individual, and go at your own pace. Does not include the British museum or Buckingham palace.

Horrible customer service. Lost card with no purchases made. Then can check to see no charges. But would not. Now I am stuck with useless card. Watch out, what seemed legitimate is not. Avoid purchase of pass unless you are willing to risk your deposit.
Many other competitors are better. London pass staff not flexible or fair.

You really have to check whether it'll be advantageous or not depending on what you are planning to do before booking it.
Keep in mind that a lot of museums (Science Museum, British museum) and places are free and that if you do less than 3 attractions that you'd have to pay for without the pass per day it's probably better to book it online in advance (otherwise you'll have to queue: the London pass does give you access to a lot of fast track lines which is great)
If you're not worried about losing a little bit of money and want to have flexibility and freedom during your trip without having to plan everything ahead this is probably a good option though (you can go anywhere, whenever you want and still often have access to fast track lines)
