Was genuinely a bit put off by the negative reviews having not gone for a while. But went on a Thursday eve and had a great time, good number of very fit guys, saunas, steam room and spa all working well, genuinely a great experience. I mean if you are looking for a genuine spa experience then this is not it, but that's not why you go to sweatbox.

Had 2 sessions there this weekend taking advantage of the 24 hour reentry pass. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly so on my first visit when I needed a few things explaining. Sauna section was clean, staff were on duty keeping it mopped down. Guys were younger than other London saunas... Some of them very hot! As I'm older I didn't get quite as much attention as I would have wanted... But hey that's not anyone's problem but mine! Definitely will return here.

Beware on Monday nights if you are over 40. I went there with my younger boyfriend who got in fine, they then made up some story that I looked pissed and refused me entry. I hadn't had a single drink all day! Absolute bollocks I looked drunk, just an excuse to try to keep a younger crowd and not the first time I'd heard of them doing similar either. Won't be getting our business anymore. Avoid...
