The Chelsea Day Spa has shut down, I bought a voucher for two facials, a body massage and a blow dry from the owner of the salon.
This was after I'd bought a discounted Time Out voucher (facial & massage) and had a fantastic treatment.
I am furious that this woman has ripped me off to the value of £200+
The salon don't answer my emails or answer their phone.
I just don't know what to do.

Would give 0 stars if I could.
Horrendous experience.
Wax - the lady was perfectly pleasant but incompetent, a whole section of my leg was left out/forgot about. Did not do feet/toes or offer to do so.
I was then made to wait AN HOUR AND A HALF, despite being told my appointments were back to back. Ridiculous.
Nails - When having a mani-pedi, both were made to bleed by the unprofessional nail technician (was she even qualified, who knows ?), my gel manicure chipped within 3 HOURS of it having been done (and I don't cook or clean).
I emailed the spa to get it fixed and they told me they simply weren't available. I asked for a voucher or refund and have been ignored ever since.
DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON EVEN IF IT IS A GOOD DEAL. Please, you are wasting your time and money.
Ended up getting everything fixed by a far more professional salon/spa.

I went for this massage today and it was awful! I asked for medium to hard pressure and the masseuse literally rubbed massage oil on me. She asked if the pressure was firm enough at the start and I asked her to be firmer but it made no difference. I again asked her to be firmer later on to no avail. I also asked her to focus on the shoulder area but she didn't do this either. She was very pleasant but I feel I have paid for a massage I have not received. I have written to them and have had no response about my experience! I would not book a massage here again.

My trip to the Chelsea day spa was fantastic. I was in desperate need of a haircut and my lovely stylist did a fantastic job. The receptionist was polite and friendly , I was offered refreshments and my stylist made sure I was completely happy with everything that she was doing. I am new to London and have definitely found a good salon that I will return to. Thanks again!

The salon is in a good location and has a lovely interior and atmosphere. I had a voucher for a shellac manicure and pedicure. I was disappointed with the poor choice in shellac colour available. There are many shades of red and dark/bright pink as well as a selection of quite random colours. I chose a bright pink for my toes but I really didn't want any of the colours on my hands. There is a great selection of OPI nail varnishes so I got a regular manicure and received free cuticle work in exchange, which I think was a fair compromise.
