Great location, amazing customer service, rooms are a very nice size. Clean, comfortable but don't expect any view since most rooms look out onto the inner roof, no balconies. Front desk service is impeccable.

The superior room was amazing overlooking British library. It was big and had all the amenities one would expect from a reputed hotel including great hospitality. Morning breakfasts have a good spread. Since, it is located right next to the station, connectivity is good. Overall very satisfied with the stay and recommend it highly.

Had a one hour treatment at the spa. Masseuse was very good - 30 minute scrub and 30 minute massage, followed by a couple hours of using the general facilities (good sauna, consistently 90°C, good strong jets in combined pool/jacuzzi). The spa wasn't busy at all on a Sunday and staff were all very helpful. Convenient location. I left feeling relaxed (enough to go straight to bed!) and with nice soft skin. Only loses a star as the treatments are on the very pricey side.

This gorgeous hotel is located one block from Kings Cross Underground station, very convenient. The rooms are well-appointed and very, very quiet. The spa is an amazing experience -- bring your swimsuit! The only strange thing is that you can't plug the room's hairdryer in in the bathroom; it has to be plugged in elsewhere in the room. But that wouldn't keep me from staying here every time I come to London!
This gorgeous hotel is located one block from Kings Cross Underground station, very convenient. The rooms are well-appointed and very, very quiet. The spa is an amazing experience -- bring your swimsuit! The only strange thing is that you can't plug the room's hairdryer in in the bathroom; it has to be plugged in elsewhere in the room. But that wouldn't keep me from staying here every time I come to London!

Try to stay in a chamber rooms (1st floor) at least once, which is a different type of feel than the other rooms. Some of the chamber rooms face the train station which seems cool at first (looking out your window you see trains!), but then you are realize at night you'll need some earplugs to drown some noise that can arise from the train station. I was lucky enough to experience and get access to the chambers club as well, which allows you access to FREE daily delicious breakfast, afternoon teas, and more. But what I love the most is that this hotel spills out to lots of interesting shops in Kings Cross. And of course, close proximity to access the trains that can take you to Paris, and the tube. Highly recommend staying in this place.
