Had such a great experience at Regency Beauty. Staff are friendly, Salon is clean and the treatments are worth the money, will be going back soon.

Beautiful place but very poor service. I tried waxing and I was not happy.
Also If you book for a waxing they may charge you full price first and later tell they cannot wax properly because of your hair/ skin condition. If you have to use their services never book in advance.
I do not recommend this place.

Have to agree with the negative reviews, customer service needs improving. I have just left after a dispute over a payment, which was dealt with very poorly. Fell back on the old manager excuse and told me that even though their member of staff had made the mistake, without a manager to agree to it there was nothing they could do. (Clearly BS)
They just need to understand that a good reputation is worth more than the bit of extra money they were desperate to get (and that assertiveness isn't the best course of action when you're the one in the wrong!). I've paid for a course of treatments but as soon as it's finished I won't be coming back and would advise no one else to bother either. Lacking in basic customer service understanding, and the treatments are very hit and miss.

They kept changing my booking time repeatedly, for no good reason and I put up with it four times. This time they called me and asked me if I really want their services, which is ridiculous since I know what I want. I said yes, only for them to cancel my booking the day after with no call or notice. Given tons and tons of excuses which did not make sense that were clearly lies. I asked to talk with the manager, who called me and yelled at me, without really getting the facts straight before calling me and just giving me other rubbish. She then called me rude, failing to acknowledge any of their incompetence and lack of professionalism. Avoid this place at all costs.
