Good healthy cakes, but unfortunately marred by excessive prices and rude staff led by the German owner/manager. This place is only surviving because of lack of competition in the local area, either in terms of good bakeries or health foods. Avoid.

Excellent service, very professional and friendly staff. I am attending for acne treatment and so far it has been excellent! My skin looks so much better. The facilities are great. Eisha is amazing and very knowledgeable!! I would highly recommend it!!

Used to come to this place lots and had good experiences.
However, I came by today and the member of staff was rushing me out the door because it was 10 to 6 and they were closing at 6. I only needed a couple of minutes and was only picking out a couple of things but I was made to feel like I should make a snap decision and leave. Very disappointed as I like this place and have come a lot over the years but sadly won't be stopping by again and offering my business if they have such little regard for customer service.

Good for smoothies and vegan cake, awful for treatments. Paid a lot of money for eyelash extensions they told me would last 3-4 weeks, followed all of their guidelines perfectly and every single extension had come out within four days. I rang to ask for a refund or to get them redone before I go away in a few days time but they were extremely inflexible and unaccommodating given that this is their mistake, so all that money and time is now completely wasted. I have seen another review saying that their extensions also fell out very quickly. Very disappointing and awful customer service.
