Great atmosphere, the studio is clean, calming and ideal for mind and body therapy. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The instructors are knowledgeable, helpful and professional. This was my first experience with YOGA and Pilates. The experience I have had so far makes me love these disciplines of well-being.

I had a microdermabrasion at embody wellness a couple of weeks ago and i am still really happy with the products they recommended using. the treatment itself and the skin consultation was very professional and the ambience in this place makes you feel really good.
