Lovely experience!!! Had a lovely day here, highly recommend the supreme Turkish bath and the back massages! Me and my partner both really enjoyed every moment. We even had a few dishes from the restaurant too which were yummy. Even after your treatments they do not push you away to get out but let you stay on the premises until you wish to go.

Was lovely, we got afternoon tea with it was only 2 plain cupcakes with tea but had a lovely atmosphere of a live singer.

Superb experience! We visited it last Sunday and it was a real treat! Altay was very kind and professional. The treatment was very enjoyable and we will definitely visit it again! Thank you!

Don't be fooled by good TripAdvisor reviews, perhaps it was doctored?
The people were really nice but the facilities were not. The spa was over in 1 hour but they advertised 90 min which includes all your prep and dressing time. Of the one hour, 25 min was actually us just sitting in the steam room. So real treatment time I would say 30-35 min. I didn't enjoy it as it was very rushed.£75 per person for 30-35 min treatment and 25 min sitting in a steam room, you can judge for yourself the value in that. There is no proper light in the change room so I had to do my makeup and hair in the dark. The towels they gave us were super thin and probably used a lot. Also we only had one super thin towel for body and hair and it didn't absorb any water.
The room we had tea in was dirty and messy as well.
