Absolutely Awfull
The Beautian was extremely Rude
There is only one there which means if you do a group booking you will be there ALL DAY because of the lack of staff it was very difficult to do a booking for 3 people as a birthday treat so had to cancel booking a few times to accommodate all 3 at suitable times.
Was told I'm "messing about " very inappropriate response from a so called professional who can't provide a service which is being advertised as group bookings available.
False advertising !!!
The final blow do not ask about facial offer as it is automatically added to your treatment & yr none the wiser until your charged ...
don't go there !!!!!

I got a Wowcher for massage and body wrap.I was looking forward to it as I haven't had it for ages.Also booked for a facial treatment as well.She was friendly and welcoming when I got there.The massage was good but could have done with a longer one.Can't grumble as the price was great.After I had the body wrap on for about 1 and half hour as she was doing my facial as well.We had good conversation and she gave me some advice regarding my face.My body and face felt and looked much better.I would recommend it.Thank you for the great service.

The 'salon' if you can call it that needs a complete refurbishment. The 'room' (more like a cupboard) where the spray tans are taken is filthy - tan all over the walls and floor and quite dark with 1 strip light. I have been having spray tans for years and continue to have them regularly and it is clear when someone takes time with their clients and when they do not. This places does not. I only went there as I needed a tan last minute. I will not be returning.

Had a spray tan & Shellac manicure 3 days ago here. Both treatments were £25 each. The manicure was the lumpiest I've ever seen, there were multiple bubbles which caused the polish to peal away after only three days. I pay extra for Shellac so it lasts two weeks, very disappointed it didn't even last three days for that price. The spray tan was nice, but not nice enough that I'd return

Just had now the full body massage and aloe vera wrap. Was nice experience. I needed a massage after a tired week. The Italian girl was very friendly and she was explaining me everything she was doing. Head massage should be included as well though. After reading the reviews i thought omg where am i going but i had a nice experience. Only one thing, try not to put the music so load. Overall was good. Thank you
