AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I bought my sister a massage (for her birthday) in advance of the treatment date. When she turned up on the day, they were closed - no forewarning and no explanation as to why. It's now been two weeks since the incident and we've emailed the manager, called (managed to speak to someone and/or leave a message) and also personally gone back in to the spa. No such luck. Turns out ONLY the manager can authorise refunds so I'm still waiting for this as it's the most elusive manager I've yet to encounter. I'm wondering if she actually exists! My sister and I have had a barely plausible apology which only adds salt to the wounds. Despicable and incredibly disappointing service. I'm hoping this review will jolt the manager in getting in touch.

Awful service, they book an appointment and then at the last minute they try and cancel it and fob me with with two different excuses, first that they don't have a qualified therapist to do the treatment, and then that they have no wax!!
