I should first point out that whenever I had an appointment with Filipa at this place it was a very good experience.
For my last appointment I went with someone different. The massage itself was ok, but she was a bit odd in her behavior during the massage, and at the end of it, before I even got a chance to get off the massage table to dress, she asked for a 5 to 10 pound tip! I said I don't carry cash on me and she said you always tip the massage girl. Especially with the way it was done, combined with the odd behavior during the massage, I found it all unprofessional. In the many years I've been getting massages in London, I know it is not customary to give a tip and I even checked online later to make sure.
Will not be going back.

I've been going there for some time now and have always been very well from the receptionist to the beauty and massage staff. Really nice environment and treatments. The only bad thing is that they don't have a loyalty card and many offers, which I would love!

Been coming here for a few years now since a friend recommended it to me. I am surprised at the last review. I've never been kept waiting for an appointment and the staff have always been considerate, professional and made good conversation. Although I cannot comment on the massage the quality of the waxing is very good and I always leave happy.
