I had a spectra Hollywood peel. The staff are great, professional and caring. I was talked through each stage of the laser peel and asked how i was feeling throughout the treatment. The call lady who booked me in over the phone was the best, she listened to my needs and recommend me the treatment after listening to my skin concerns. She advise me of the closest clinic to me and gave a personal recommendation. Thank you all for a pleasant treatment and experience. I will be back for more.

I have been a customer at premier laser for several years and I am delighted with the effects. People say I look more than 10 years younger. Espazia is exemplary and I have had a great experience. I like the fact the clinic is open Sundays and I can book with her. The clinic is clean and well run and I trust the practitioners. Thank you premier laser for improving my self esteem!

Although the staff are fantastic, pleasant and do a really great job, I suggest you never email them to make an appointment.
I have been getting treatments here for over 4 years yet every time I email to make an appointment I have had to chase them for a reply.
Last time I wanted to book an appointment I chased them 5 times, this time 3 times (and still waiting) And a year back I sent them 7 emails and got a frosty reply when I complained. I’m partially deaf so it’s not so easy for me to call which is why I email.
If I can pop in to make the appointment, cant complain, they are all lovely.
But just a heads up. Don’t expect a response if you email

I’d like to start by saying how amazing and professional the customer service is as well as the team being very friendly and supportive! I’m undergoing laser tattoo removal and my therapist Rochan is ever so lovely and very attentive to my needs. The results so far are great in such a small amount of sessions, cannot wait to see the final results! Thank you so much x

Shannon is very good! Very friendly and accommodating while she works methodical and precise. I feel every time that I am in good hands. She makes the experience special. I am 100% satisfied and very happy that she is my therapist. Best of thanks
