Rooms are amazing, staff very friendly, breakfast brilliant but a bit slow....very strong coffee!

My experience is about the outside bar area/terrace. We went there for a late Sunday aperitivo as had heard that they are doing this. We sat at a table outside (the terrace is lovely and there are heaters also) and we waited for 30-35 minutes. After that and as no one had come to take an order/offer some water/give us the menus, we had to go inside and ask. We then managed to order a bottle of prosecco with aperitivo. The selection of nibbles provided was quite nice (olives, nuts, bruschetta, omelette, croquettes and pieces of Parmesan). The prices are very high but that is justified by the location and the hotel itself (the reception is very beautiful and has a luxury feeling).
If the service improves, I would want to try it again as also the bar inside seemed quite promising.

I'm here now and I'm blown away by the staff; the spa and the food. This is the very best of the best!!! Highly .. HIGHLY recommend it. My stay has been perfection!! (24 hour steam room for a weary traveler 😊... best food ... the concierge ... the driver and rooms ... perfect!!

Excellent service and staff. Really enjoyed my stay! If you can afford it, I recommend the junior suite. Be sure to get breakfast included. You will not regret it.
