I went there for waxing. Very unclean and not professional at all. I had an impression that it was her first time that she does waxing. I just paid and went out immediately.

Must be the best salon in London. Well-maintained, and cater for everyone from hair dressing to waxing. Even do party make-up to getting bride ready. Prices are good. Staffs are friendly and experienced. I’ll be back.

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. As a matter of fact, it is the first time I'm writing a review on google and it's just to warn you about tangles. I guess if you're not a regular, they simply don't care about you, even though you Tip extremely well. I've been there 3 times. The first time, I decided to give it a shot. Nobody was there so I was taken care of directly. In 15 min, my haircut was done and the result terrible. I had to wait for 2 weeks before liking my hair, it was so short and above all unequally cut. AWFUL. The second time, it was late and Tangles was the only hairdresser still opened so I was forced to go as I was travelling in the early morning. The result was terrible once again, the guy didn't even use his scissors, just the razors and absolutely made a mess out of me. I went back yesterday, oh god I don't know why I came back there. First of all, there's only one hairdresser (and he sure doesn't even know how to proceed), so I had to wait for 40 minutes, even though the guy whose hair was getting cut was already halfway through his cut given the quantity of hair on the floor. So anyway, I waited for 40 minutes, went to have the haircut. The "hairdresser" took out his razor for 10 min, his scissors for 2, and in 12 min I was done! I was gutted. Disgusted by the result once again and the lack of respect for customers. I will never go back and I advise you to do the same. My hair are an absolute mess right now.

i have used this place several times before to have a Hollywood wax which has been done by an Indian lady who had been amazing.
Unfortunately I went back this past week and it had changed with new staff. I was introduced to a new girl who appeared to be experienced. This was clearly not the case. She was slow with the strip wax and burnt me with the hot wax on multiple occasions which has led to severe pain and scabs where they shouldn't be!!
I did ask how long the female had been doing this job and she said 4 years, which I find very hard to believe. To me it seemed like she was just starting out. It was the most painful 45 minutes I've ever had in a waxing salon.
Save your vaginas ladies, go elsewhere!!
The Indian lady who I was using has unfortunately left.
