Pick up point only. Can't physically see products but can only browse on tablets available, order and queue up to receive your item.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

I returned an item because it was sold as new but turned out to be used. I didn’t get any apology or customer service, I only got an interrogation from the staff. They called another store in front of me to confirm if the product had been returned previously, as if they wouldn’t have processed it otherwise. Then when it was confirmed that the product was second hand, still no apology. Incorrectly inferred that I had a voucher to return as well. They didn’t know what they were doing. They processed a replacement item without asking if I wanted a refund, which I had to insist on. To compound my disappointment further, I only received a refund for the faulty product, not the 5p bag which I also returned. Needless to say, a very disappointing experience.

Go here quite often, theyalways have most items in stock.
