I’ve used them several times, and they deliver superior customized service. They treat each of their customers as if they were friends, and they quality of the final product is impeccable. Highly recommended.

I had a floor to ceiling roman blind made to measure. I ordered just one to see if I would like to use De Winter for the whole house. The man who measured up was rather superior in the manner of a Butler. Fine, except that the blind is a very poor fit and the response to my complaint was basically nil. I haven't persued it as I am leaving the country but I would not recommend De Winter.
