customer service is a joke my doors have all peeled and are falling off after 2 year and have been waiting for 3 months for them to be replaced and again today I've been put off this company is a joke

Rang to arrange a quote, Hammonds rep came round to quite but never sent it to me. Letter arrived from Richard Hammond asking "I've noticed you've not bought from me..have I upset you?"
Well Yes Richard you have:
1. You obviously do not have a competent system for making sure that a quote gets sent and followed up.
2. You think it is a good idea to write to people asking them to ring you and explain why they have never bought from you. What happened to the phone Richard, do they not have them in Nuneaton.
Your business is a sales business selling manufactured bedroom furniture, if you cannot competently manage a "SALE" what chance do we have in getting you to manufacture, deliver and install furniture?

Disgusted with the aftercare service. Doors do not slide easily, and were not made to design. After telephone conversations and in writing, my concerns were ignored. Sorry Hammonds, you fail to deliver what you promise.

Hammonds is the worst company I have ever dealt with. No customer service at all. Unreliable. Shelves fell of the wall after a few months I decided not to go down the guarantee route as I never want them in my home again. Do not use Hammonds.

Very bad customer service. Wrong handels and cabinets delivered, let to 2 week delay in which we couldn't use our bedroom. No-one responded to my emails to take care of it. Long waiting time on customer hotline. Overall wouldn' recommend it nor ever buy there again.
