Bought an ottoman bed from here, I am over the moon, it is very well made, I did shop around first, this was the best one seen, available in several fabrics I chose leather effect, it was well packaged, and the delivery was prompt and pleasant, I cannot fault happy nightmares, price was fair, I will recommend them 100%

A good size shop wich i feel could if been used more efficiently. Apart from whats on display they sell lots of other unique stuff wich are in books. Wich isnt always helpful. I have bought all my furnitures from here. But i have seen them on display elsewhere but i bought them from happy nightmares. Because they were cheaper. Having a shop that size they could of had samples of other things just to get the feel and look of things. The boss is slightly grumpy, laid back and doesn't like to talk much. Can be moody too. But they have always sorted out any problems ive had with items. I ordered a matress but it didnt fit my sons bed because it was an italian bed. So even though john was huffing and puffing again he had it collected and refunded me. another time I ordered two matresses wich were damaged. He arranged a pickup and new ones were sent out straightaway. There have been other times were they have resolved my complaints in their own way. Good shop not bad items but has the potential to be better. Would definitely recommend it

Very friendly and helpful service. Lots to see in store, they showed me around and I went with their recommendation. Delivered right to the bedroom and even offered to put the bed together. Bed is solid, very good quality and was very easy to put together. Mattress is very comfy and had the same quality as I felt in the store.

Terrible service. I won't be going back again.
I ordered a bunk bed and paid extra for fitting.
1. The two guys that came to fit didn't have a clue and left the bed with dangerously exposed bolts that risked serious damage to my kids. Even after highlighting this fact they tried to brush it off by saying they were following the manufacturers instructions. Even a report back to their office yielded the same answer. It was clear to me that they had put the bolts in the wrong way and i was left to take the bed apart and fix it myself. I was able to make it safe easily but they couldn't be bothered. So much for saving time by paying for installation.
2. The installation guys used an electric drill screwdriver to fit the bolts and in the process wore away the bolt heads so that they couldn't be reopened easily. After reporting they did give me a new set of bolts but this shows the incompetence of the initial installers.
3. The mattress supplied with the bed was useless and not fit for purpose. It was not possible to sleep on the mattress due to the springs poking through due to the covering not having enough padding. I didn't even bother to report this to the company after the response i got regarding the incorrect installation so i will have to end up buying a new mattress from elsewhere.
It was clear that the whole company culture is the same. They will take your money but then they try to fob you off with excuses.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Typical comment from the owner. "It wasn't us guvner, must be someone else!" Just what I expect from these lot after my experience with them.

Very helpful service on buying my furniture in stone and arrived within the designated delivery time, no problem at all and the drivers were polite and set up my bed and wardrobe with no fuss and were in and out within 2 hours. Great service!
