Great products, can't say they same about the customer service from the manager. Funny thing to work in retail but hate people

Awful customer service. Had a big argument with them when I wanted to return an item which was faulty. They initially refused a refund which would have been a violation of my consumer rights. I seriously recommend not buying from this place.

I used to really like this store since I really like their products. Not anymore however due to the VERY rude behavior by their manager. She was incredibly rude and condescending to my 8-year old daughter who was holding a pencil she had picked for me to buy for her. Apparently children are not allowed to hold items which they intend to buy since my daughter was severely told off. When I told her she should not address my daughter and instead talk to me if she had a problem with my daughter's behavior, she replied that she wasn't able to do that because she hadn't seen me, even though I had been standing right next to my daughter the entire time! My daughter never once misbehaved, never ran, never shouted. All she did was hold a unicorn pencil which she wanted me to buy for her. Needless to say we left without buying a thing. If your store doesn't allow children, you should make that clear. Furthermore, managers should be good at dealing with people. She is not. She is condescending and rude. If she's unahppy with her job, then maybe she should work at a different field. Talking however to customers and most especially a child in the manner that she did is however absolutely unacceptable.

Lovely things however the customer service is terrible, in this case, the owner treates the customers with contempt. I was checking with my mum some umbrellas, after asking to one of the assistants and get her permission, as the place is small and we did not want to disturb other customers, we were outside, and we opened them outside, next to the door and not in front, for the same reason, the idea was not to disturb the rest of the people. Suddlenly, someone took me by my arm and told me to go inside, the way she spoke to me, and the bad manners she had ( taking me by the arm) was completly irreverent. So I asked her to do not do that, as I am not a thief. The reply was arrogant and I could not believe when she said the she cannot know if I was or not a thief. Obviusly, we did not buy the umbrellas and we will not go there any more. It seems the owner, who was so rude and unprofessinal, earns enough and she does not need to treat her customers as they deserve. By the way, there was a guy that was checking us, as it has to be.

I was browsing this shop with my mum on a day out for her birthday. I casually took a photo of a product on display. I often do this in shops leading up to Christmas or a birthday to help me collect gift ideas which nearly always leads me to buying my favourite items on another visit. Alas, on this occasion, the assistant took great offence and was incredibly confrontational in telling me I wasn't allowed to take photographs. I politely asked why, since there were no signs or other indication of this not being acceptable. The assistant looked at me and snobbishly said "well, it's not the done thing" to which I responded "oh.....okay". By this time several other customers had stopped to stare at me and I was now feeling as if I'd done something terrible! I only took one photo using my phone. I wasn't being obtrusive in any way and am a polite and honest person. I feel the assistant was far too confrontational and didn't offer a solid enough reason as to why I was not allowed to take a picture. All she ended up doing is losing mine and my mums custom as we didn't want to remain in the shop for very much longer and certainly didn't feel inclined to purchase anything. Neither of us will be going back. A quiet word in my ear or a sign near the door about the banning of photography would have been perfectly reasonable, but making a prospective customer feel embarrassed and confronted with no solid explanation is terrible for business.
