I am amazed at the speed and efficiency with which you managed to reupholster my chesterfield sofa once it was scheduled in. Thank you for helping me decide on the most perfect fabric for it and for your men being so dexterous in manoeuvring it in and out of my flat.

Disorganised and shambolic - not customer focused. The chap that works there needs a course in how to deal with customers, how to convert leads into a sale, especially warm leads. The whole process was incredibly and annoyingly poor, after a few weeks trying to source samples and quote, I was given a different quote at the end despite them taking the measurement initially, there was no apology.

A big thank you for the wonderful, friendly and above all professional service on my wingback armchair that I cherish as it has been in the family for the past 100+ years. I was lost as to what fabric would bring the beauty and history of the armchair. Annie made my choice such a delight. All of my friends admired the choice of fabric and craftsmanship. You will be doing my headboard and sofa next!

I came here on a friend's recommendation and I was definitely not disappointed! There was a wonderful selection of fabrics and a truly exceptional service from the staff. My antique armchair has had a delightful makeover and now is the talk of the living room. Great stuff!
