An all round awful experience. Our sofa broke within 1 year of purchase. The customer service was so poor, I was really surprised. They basically said it was broken from 'force being put upon the sofa' and would not help us further. So I guess that sofa was not designed to be sat on. It's a shame because they do have nice products, but I would not buy from them ever again out of principal.

Great store but staff are not really attentive. Store needs to do more to make it welcoming. Lighting is poor so you cant really see the products how they might look at your home. Prices are great but did not see any ex display stock or clearance on the shop floor.

Absolutely horrified by the service we have received today. After spending more than £5.5k with Made in the past month, as part of an office re-furb and nearly a five week wait, I was upset to have received completely the wrong item with my order. When I called Made to explain what had happened they instructed I will have to wait another 6 weeks for the correct chair and would only offer a £39 refund for the delivery costs. For a business of our nature, first impressions are everything and these chairs were meant to be for our new reception area. The fact that we now have to wait even longer for the correct furniture to arrive, due to your mistake is unacceptable. I would expect much better customer service to resolve the inconvenience it has caused us or even an apology! Just a £39 refund is rather offensive after the amount of business we have had with you so far and we are deeply unhappy that this has happened. We are now having to use office chairs in our reception area which is frankly embarrassing and so frustrating.

The furniture displayed in their showroom (Charing Cross Rd branch) is very nice. I haven't bought anything from them so I can't say what the build quality is like for certain, but having tried a few sofas they seem comfy and well made.
Main gripe with the store is the lack of price tags on their products - when you're looking at products the first thing you need to know as a potential customer is "How much does it cost?". Instead, each product is tagged with a black cross that you're supposed to scan in order to find out more about it (price, options, etc). This works well in practise but it's very confusing when you actually visit the store and start looking around. It's not obvious that this is what you're supposed to do.
As it's already been noted in another post, there's a wall of drawers that show you postcard images of their products. Inside each drawer is a cloth sample and more postcards. This is the only place you'll find a price (other than using an in-store Mac to surf their website more details). Problem here is that it can get very busy as everyone clusters in the same place, bottlenecking this area of little drawers.
Ask staff? Also noted in another post, the staff can be very distant and this can be very off putting for a customer. Generally speaking the customer experience vibe is pretty low. And when you consider how much money you could be spending here a little warmth wouldn't go amiss.
Their biggest flaw has to be the overtly long wait times to get something delivered to your home. I was on the verge of actually buying something when I was informed that that particular product had a delivery time of 6-12 weeks - we'd just moved so this was a deal breaker. Having read other posts on various delivery issues and incorrect orders I'm actually put off from buying here.
There seems to be a disconnect between the store and their delivery services and it makes me wonder how many people have avoided using them because of this?

You should go here even if you can't afford anything. Just for the feeling. Imagine you're David Bowie and sit on softly lit designs that gently vibrate with clean style. Ask questions of the effortlessly beautiful staff who all know everything about every piece right down to the size of each handle or the depth of each cushion. You wonder if she's flirting with you and you wish you were 20 years younger. A distant twinge of guilt dissipates into the quiet, cool, conditioned air.
