Go elsewhere. Rude staff for bathrooms. Unhelpful if items are faulty. 25% handling fee for refunds! Worst purchase experience I had in many years.

Really useful shop.
Very good for ironmongery, fittings and other useful stuff around the house.
Buy quite a few fittings and stuff for our house, and my wife goes there and gets a lot of good advice and help.
So the staff are very good and there to help you get the right bits.
Lucky to have this shop fairly local to us.
Recommended.

You can find very good quality products, a big selection for all building trades, the staff is great, just that the prices are a bit topped up, since this shop is in a rich area. If you buy oftenly and more from them they will give you a discount if you ask...
