The delivery service that you use is unresponsive slow and doesn't communicate. We have had a problem with two products ordered in June . Planned delivery was late one item was faulty and one item missing. OKA customer service not able to do anything apart from sympathise . I see from other comments that many customers have had the same issues - why is a company offering luxury products using such a rubbish delivery service - is your profit margin so narrow that you can't use a more effective courier!

I have ordered from OKA several times. I live in US and daughter lives in London. Annabelle has always helped me with purchases and follow up. I can only say good things about shopping at OKA. Love the merchandise and the assistance I have always received.
