Really friendly and helpful staff who were very patient as I chose styles and fabrics! Not easy from such an amazingly wide choice. Delivery on time. The best thing is seeing the end product and the amazing quality of the beds and sofas. Forget the Chinese stuff you find everywhere these days, I really love the British quality at Sofas & Stuff.

After searching for months for the perfect sofa I had almost given up but decided, without holding out much hope, to have one last look on the internet. And there it was – Sofas and Stuff! I called the showroom straightaway and spoke to Nadia, who was extremely helpful, assuring us that we could cover any sofa in the fabric of our choice.
We visited the Parson’s Green showroom, which had a very relaxed atmosphere and were offered tea or coffee while browsing. We discussed with Rachel the various options that would suit us and tried out a few different styles. With Rachel’s calm and knowledgeable help within a very short space of time we had chosen the sofa, confirmed the fabric, that the sofa would fit through the doors, and placed the order – plus it was to arrive before Christmas, which was only a few weeks away. Rachel also advised us on how to keep the cushions looking at their best once the sofa had been installed in our home.
A confirmation of the order was sent by email and, when we added stain guard, another one came through so everything was easy to follow. I rang with a small query when Rachel was away and another knowledgeable member of staff answered the query straightaway.
Our new sofa arrived on Christmas Eve, delivered by Charlie and Gareth, both of whom were extremely efficient, courteous and good-humoured. We couldn’t have asked for a better installation team.
Thank you Sofas and Stuff for producing such an elegant sofa and for making the whole process stress-free. I will continue to recommend your company to other sofa hunters as a result of such good customer service, from start to finish, and a good-looking, great quality sofa!

whole experience from choosing sofas, to choosing fabric, to delivery, to sitting on them was fab. Nadia and her wonderful colleagues at Parsons Green were really knowledgeable, very patient, and had a sense of humour. They are the best sofas ever. And look elegant and contemporary. I am so happy and have recommended the crew at Parsons Green and indeed Sofas and Stuff to any poor person who will listen,

We were on the search for a new sofa and narrowed our decision between Sofas and Stuff and another well-known high street chain as they both had a design that we liked. It was going to come down to the choice of fabrics.
We went to the other store first and had really a rather unpleasant experience. We were told all the fabrics we couldn't have, and were then told to go through the fabric books ourselves. Every few minutes the lady would burst in and ask, "well? Have you chosen yet?" before disappearing behind the desk to chat with her colleague. After a couple of these interruptions I asked if she could perhaps offer some help and advice. The reply was, "well, just keep looking through the fabrics."
So we left and went to Sofas and Stuff.
We were greeted warmly, and offered coffee and biscuits (which helped calm me down...). We told them which sofa we liked, and what fabrics we were thinking of. Our lovely sale assistant then went off and selected a good variety that we went through, narrowing down the decision - everything she selected fitted our budget and requirements. We had a very pleasant, non-rushed time in the store and felt truly looked after. After all, a nice, new sofa is probably one of the more expensive purchases you make in life?
The sofa was ordered - nothing was too much (we asked for the cushions to be in a different fabric), and delivery was on time, with helpful chaps who put it all together and left no mess.
The sofa is absolutely lovely, and we would highly recommend this company, both for the product and for the service.
