Five stars doesn't do this store and team enough justice. They go above and beyond with their inclusive events which feel like they really bring different communities together. There's clearly a lot of love that goes into the exhibitions and I highly recommend having a nose at the events list. The service is always great and the team happily answer any queries regarding film/cameras available and demonstrate how to use them best!

Absolutely appalling service. Don't use them. Lomolab is terrible. They received my 120 film for development and scanning on 15th August, and didn’t email me to say they’d done the development and scans until the 24th August. 10 days. Very slow. In the same email, they said I’d receive my negatives in the post in the next couple of days. It’s now the 3rd September (20 days), and I still haven’t received them. I’ve sent Lomolab 2 messages over the past few days, and they haven’t had the courtesy to reply.
I suspect they’ve lost my negatives. They can’t even be bothered to reply to emails.
Don’t use them. Go somewhere else.
BREAKING NEWS! Negatives arrived on 6th September!

There's a gallery inside, which is fun. The layout is quite enticing for camera purchases. The lady that was working there was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the cameras also.
