DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have had a terrible experience with DLL and 100% recommend you DON'T give this company your money. After booking my PADI open water course I was sent an automated email notifying me someone would be in touch to confirm my course date. Weeks passed and I chased DLL for a date, I had lost track of the amount of calls and emails I sent that were never answered, Facebook and WhatsApp messages sent that were marked as read and not responded too. I eventually sent a letter of complaint to DLL via signed for post and even that didn't prompt a response. If you could put zero stars I would.

I've been trying to get in touch with DLL for MONTHS regarding a course that I purchased, and have not been able to speak to anyone. They have simply disappeared. £500 down the drain. They do not answer calls, emails and the shop has been closed when I went there to find out what was going on. I went on a Saturday too, apparently the only day that they are open, and dropped a note through the door, but still nothing. Assume they have shut down.

We have been trying to contact the company for three months now about a voucher we bought last year for five training. Not answering calls, emails and we're not open when we visited in person. Has the company closed down? Very poor service.

I did my first UK dives with Diving Leisure London this weekend, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Instructors are very professional and friendly, and good at putting you at ease with diving in a totally new environment (I had only ever dived in tropical waters until now). I did a dry suit course followed by a deep dive course, and after a weekend of training and practice dives I feel totally comfortable with both. The centre is really well run and has high standards all round with safety and equipment. All of my dives were either 121 or in a small group. A great school to learn to dive or improve your skills with, or just to go out for a fun day of diving!
