It was a pleasure dealing with Elly of Interactive Resorts - she was friendly, polite and helpful when answering all of my inquiries. The company is great, I would definitely recommend!

A fantastic experience from start to finish. We spoke to a very helpful lady called Flora, who knew everything about the chalets and resorts that we were interested in and got us an excellent price for the chalet Madeleine in Val d'Isere. Interactive Resorts were very quick to respond to our queries and requests and James in the concierge team helped sort some lovely extras in the chalet for our arrival. I will definitely book my ski holidays in the future with Interactive.

The worst company to deal with. They posted a picture of our chalet with a swimming pool and sauna and said in their text it was included. We turned up and they didn't have either. Naturally we complained when we got back, Theo, the cowardly manager/owner, pretended not to be in the office and didn't respond to emails...nobody else can help in the company..its like dealing with cowboy builders..what a joke.

Interactive Resorts is one of my favorite resorts here in London.I must say that I really like the place and its such an amazing treatment that they serve us.My friends love to go back here and stay for a long time.I really definitely recommend this place!
