Was looking a company to create a corporate trip for our board of directors. Brown + Hudson are so far the only company I have encountered who understand the meaning of bespoke travel. The details that they go into are phenomenal. Their staff seem to travel constantly, know what they are talking about and have an incredible personal network of contacts in each destination.
The other thing I liked was that Brown + Hudson trips are guided by a UK guide working in with a local guide to ensure that we received the highest standards of service at all times (most other companies would have handed us off to a third party local company who may or may not have fully understood our needs)
The only downside I'd mention is that they are not great at organising tickets and beach holiday type requests. For this kind of thing they tend to recommend a run of the mill travel agent. Otherwise for more sophisticated work and longer more complex trips I'd suggest planning ahead with them. As with a bespoke suit, their service takes a little longer than if you were buying an off the shelf package (which they don't deal in).
The cost of their service matches the exceptional standard of service they offer and for my purposes I found them to be an outstanding choice. Our company will be working with them again.
