3/5 lost my trust to get meds right as supposed to provide correct meds which are expensive 1 lot had pills missing "sorry" customer out of pocket - check every single time without fail! Call to preorder 2 meds given 1 jar I ask can you please check the account for my order and still got it wrong no sorry this time! 1st week of my new job using lunch break to collect n woman had the cheek to shout BYE like I owed her something when I'm rushing coz another human error. Vets Fay is great so is Alberto, Tom - thanks a to them their professionalism & care

Fantastic vets! We have two cats and a dog and we are always taken care of, even at very short notice. The whole team are friendly and professional. The shop has a fantastic selection of treats, food, toys etc. It's great!
