The receptionist was excellent, friendly and chatty. The vet was miserable and didn't seem interested at all. Luckily I was only in there for a simple procedure for our fur baby. Anything more complex I would go somewhere else.

We've brought our cats to Citivet a few times and the service has always been good. The staff is helpful and the vets tend to be good. Not too expensive although sometimes they try to sell you treatments that your pets don't necessarily need. Good vet overall - just use your common sense!

Such a weird experience. We went a few times. First it looked closed (lights off, no one inside) but it wasn't. Then the vet was really weird. I didn't feel like my pets got the best care to be honest. It didn't seems like the vet was really interested in his job or sharing information about the care. Such a weird vibe. Do not recommend.

Despite reading the negative comments I decided to give it a go and didn't regret it. Great staff, very calm, understanding vet and reasonable pricing. I know my cat is in a good place and feel like I finally found a vet clinic in London I would like to stick with(took me 3 year). Great job!
