Disgusting, threatening and extortionate. I am commencing proceedings against Mark and his practice and will be requesting disciplinary action by the RCVS. Also had to contact the police today and the practice refused to talk to them. Do not use them at all. Before Mark and Paisley rush back with a response, let it be known that I will publish fully all information on a public site for all to see.
Your response is nothing less than defamatory. Let me advise everyone who reads this that this is not the correct story at all. My dog is in Ukraine because of the brilliant assistance of the previous vet. I will see Mark and Paisley at the disciplinary tribunal at the RCVS where you can have your say then.
Regards Paisley, if she was an accredited travel vet she would have known about requirements rather than having to research them. Also when you charge money for a service let someone know in advance. Furthermore, if another vet felt it was appropriate to sign the form then you are talking rubbish. Paisley is not a fit and proper person to be a vet and a month prior failed to spot deciduous teeth on a toy dog. She can explain this at tribunal. Low quality staff and a low quality practice. Please please if you value your dog use a professional practice and don't waste time with a city centre vet who simple wants to cash in without any due care or attention to customer service.

2* for the cattery. Our experience of the vets has been good but will not use the vets now because the cattery is a total CON. I was happy when they had a space in summer but now I understand why. The conditions are not good and the price is extortionate! This is the smallest enclosure (just a hatch next to other cat hatches) i have ever left my cat in and its very expensive - 4 nights worked out over £140.
I was told on the phone that fees are overnight but got charged per day; and was not told the food is extra. In other catteries food is included. I was also charged for the flea treatment whereas the cat never leaves the house.
Not impressed one bit!

One of my cats just turned out with a seriously-looking burst abscess wound. The staff has been very attentive and friendly both with us and with the cat. They facilitated us leaving him there before work and collecting him just after work and they even called to follow up on reactions to the treatment and developments of the healing process. It feels like they genuinely care and take pride in their jobs. Recommend and will definitely come back if needed.
